I finished college with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science. Soon I realized that I was born to teach and went back to get my teaching certification. Both of my boys, Beau and Parker, were born in north Georgia while I was married to my first husband and teaching elementary school. After my divorce I moved to Florida where my family lived.

In Florida I found that there were many Haitians and used my knowledge of the language to teach English as a Second Language and be an advocate for migrants and immigrants. During this time I met a wonderful, Christian teacher named Ross, and fell in love. He has been my recreation director and taught me how to have fun again. We are S.C.U.B.A. divers, waterski, and generally enjoy life. We moved to Michigan so Ross could try his hand at administration.

We now live in Michigan and have learned to snow ski and snowboard as well as snowmobile. I still teach and have gotten my masters in TESOL (teaching English for speakers of other languages). We are looking forward to whatever God brings our way.
